Therapeutic Hormone Yoga on Sundays 24th and 31st of March 2019

THERAPEUTIC HORMONE YOGA  (2019)

Why is Therapeutic Hormone Yoga important for you as a women over 40?

Because from the age of 40, we women have certain hormone levels that drop so quickly that we have very bad reactions: From emotional roller coasters to depression, strange and embarrassing pains, hot flashes, insomnia…all this and more!

WHEN AND WHERE?

2 Sundays, 24th of March from 9:30-11:30 and 14:30 to 17:30, and 31st March 2019 from 10:00-11:30 and 14:30-18:00

(I know, it’s a funny schedule, but there’s someone in the room between noon and 2 pm! It gives us time to eat well and digest well, so important before doing the exercises! And if someone wants to rest in silence, I will heat my studio, which is 5 minutes by car from the room, so you can be warm and without the noise of a restaurant or Café)…!

Investment in your wellbeing

$150, at the Pavillon Maurice Monty (former Rectory) of Val-David next to the church
By the way: if you have already taken the course, it’s only $80

Whether you have already taken or have not yet had a course in Therapeutic Hormonal Yoga, I invite you to (re)start this yoga routine so beneficial for all women over 40 years of age!

Here are the Benefits:

Therapeutic Hormonal Yoga is deeply nourishing and relaxing. By practicing it regularly, it will help you to:

Sleep better and feel rested in the morning.
Recover your libido and enjoy your life more!
Feel good and fit in your body and mind.

What it does:

Therapeutic Hormonal Yoga particularly stimulates three places in your body: the ovaries, the pituitary gland (middle of the head), the thyroid and the parathyroid gland (in the throat). This is where the “good” hormones are produced.

It is a combination of Hatha Yoga exercises combining movement, breathing and visualization to direct the flow of energy in your body to the 3 main locations where the feel-good hormones are produced.

This Yoga is at the same time a training for your body and also a balancing of your body-mind.

Breathing exercises (Pranayama), meditations and practices to reduce anxiety and stress – the main cause of the decrease in “good” hormones – are included in the learning of the exercise series.
Information on how to eat well and develop healthy habits is an integral part of this course.
