An essential step to manifest your desires

MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT through Law of Attraction

Above all: Become clear of what it is you do want – so that you attract what you want (and not what you don’t! 😉

In one of my last law of attraction coaching groupes I became very aware of how important it is to be clear about what it is you want.

For sure, there are some people who don’t seem to want anything. If that’s your case, just notice if you are happy or if you’re disappointed or feeling kind of low. This is a good indication that you’re not allowing yourself to go for what you really want!
But that’s not my topic here! *this could be worked on in a more therapeutical setting with me, if you want to…

What I do want to share with you right now is:

How to become clear of what it is you want to be able to attract it into your life!

Let’s say you’re invited to a party or an event. And you have some negative feelings about it. Because in the past parties or events have been disappointing, difficult, arduous or even horrible.

Wouldn’t it be great if you had some way to just shift this into something that feels wonderful?

Manifest what you want by using the Law of Attraction!

And here’s how! It’ll take a few minutes, so just switch of you phone and be in a space where you’re not disturbed by anything:

Take a moment now to relax and feel your body. Notice how it’s supported by the chair and floor you’re sitting, standing or lying on. Sense into the places that touch your body and just allow this support from the earth through the surfaces touching your body, to register in your body.

Now think about the event, party coming up and give yourself permission to think about it in a way that feels good. Wouldn’t it be great if you could it have your way? That this partyor event would be easy, fun, joyful, loving, nourishing, sharing, laughter, successful, wonderful, feeling marvelous, making remarkable connections? Whatever it is that you would like to have happen, would like to feel (instead of your « normal » negative self- talk)…

Really play it in your mind, if you’re visual, see it in detail and also recognize how it makes you feel . If you’re more of a feeling person, notice how it is feeling with all the different things that are happening. Because the feeling part is so important, really revel in it!

Once you’re completed the whole party or event, slowly take a few deep breaths. Then come back to your body resting on the chair, mattress, floor. Stretch and when you’re ready, open your eyes.

After this Law of Attraction exercise:

Now, I invite you to write it down. While writing it on paper, or on your computer, go through the emotions again, anchor them in your body-mind.

That is the first step towards manifesting this new event-party how you want it to be. In other words, you’re using the law of attraction to draw to you what you want!

However, if you really want to change it in your mind, so that THIS becomes your new self-talk. I would suggest to you to repeat it. Re-read your paper, the note you wrote and FEEL it, at least a few times before the event or party!
