Therapeutic Hormon Yoga
Therapeutique Hormon Yoga balances and lifts up the hormone level. It furthers the feeling of wellbeing in women, as much emotionally as physically, so that they can, once again, feel full of life and love it!
The therapeutique hormone yoga is a series of dynamic exercices from Hatha Yoga which are combined with movement and special breathing and energy circulation.

Meditation
