Why a meditation day or morning event?
Do you feel burnt out, exhausted, overwhelmed or just plain tired? Many of us feel this way. The last 2 years of the pandemic, everything that’s happening in the world and even just here where we’re living…
Life takes its toll.
This is an invitation to allow yourself to totally enter your body and spaciousness. Discover your inner richness!
The different meditations allow you to connect with your body, feel alive and at the same time nourish your soul!
For whom is this?
The meditation mornings or days are equally for newcomers and long-time meditators who want to refresh their souls and be in contact with their body and spirit!
A participant from a meditation day, Suzanne Blondin, wrote me:
“My first full-day meditation experience was great.
Thanks to the sequence of different techniques, I felt like I was on a very long journey that went by very quickly.
Thanks to the silence, I managed to keep a receptive state all day long. It is good to get away from the “known” to be filled with new feelings, with this magical emptiness that feeds the soul and regenerates the body.
The walk in the forest will remain engraved in all my senses; I even think I speak white birch and still have a small amount of lichen in my nostrils.
For your knowledge, your generosity and all your light that warms our hearts, a sincere thanks.”
